I've had the privilege of being an on-camera personality throughout the sport of CrossFit since 2013, but my experience in visual storytelling began with a career in journalism. I spent nearly a decade writing, shooting, and editing my own stories for local TV news stations while holding roles as a reporter and anchor.

These days, when I'm not traveling for functional fitness events, I'm working as a senior account executive at a full creative ad agency, running my own small digital content creation company, and coaching CrossFit classes.
